2. Tricked by “diet” foods
Diet foods are actually worse than the real thing. They may often be low in calories, but they are usually high in artificial sugars, resulting in you actually gaining a lot of weight. Don’t get fooled simply because you see the word “diet” somewhere.

3. You are depriving yourself of sleep
Good sleep is one of the most important things for weight loss. The release of fat burning hormones occurs the most during sleep. Lack of sleep is one of the biggest risk factors for obesity.

4. You don’t drink enough water
Water helps the most in getting rid of the extra weight. Drink as much as you can without having to worry about any calories. It not only fills you up, making you eat less , it also boosts the amount of calories burned, keeps you hydrated and speeds up the metabolism.
